3. Payment Processing & Authorization

  • Authorization Hold: When you place an order using a credit or debit card, a temporary authorization hold may be placed on your card to verify the availability of funds.

  • Transaction Capture: Your card will be officially charged at the time of shipment or upon the expiration of the authorization period (typically 7 days for Visa/Amex and 28 days for MasterCard/JCB), whichever occurs first.

  • Single Payment Method: To ensure transaction security and accurate accounting, we only accept one payment method per order. Multiple cards or payment types cannot be combined for a single transaction.

4. Order Limits, Security & Cancellations

  • Transaction Limits: For security reasons, credit and debit card payments are generally limited to orders under USD $10,000. For high-value purchases exceeding this amount, please contact our support team for alternative arrangements, such as a Wire Transfer.

  • Cancellation & Refund Fees: In the event of an order cancellation before shipment, please be advised that while FreegoRiders does not charge an internal cancellation fee, a deduction may be applied to cover non-refundable bank processing fees (typically 2.9% - 4% depending on the payment provider). This ensures we can maintain competitive pricing for all customers.

  • Verification Procedure: To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, FreegoRiders may conduct a standard verification procedure. You may be asked to verify card ownership or provide additional information to confirm the legitimacy of the order.

  • Right to Cancel: If payment information cannot be verified, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method used.

5. Billing Information

Please ensure that your billing address matches the information on your credit card statement. Incorrect information may lead to processing delays or order cancellation.
