At FreegoRiders, we are dedicated to ensuring your electric mobility experience is safe and reliable. As an Authorized Retailer, we coordinate directly with the manufacturer (Freego) to provide comprehensive warranty support for all our customers.


I. General Provisions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing through freegoriders.com, you agree to these Warranty Terms. We act as your liaison to facilitate manufacturer-backed warranty services.

  2. Warranty Basis: These terms apply exclusively to genuine products sold via our store. We stand behind the quality of the products we distribute and will manage all valid claims with the factory on your behalf.

  3. Updates: Policy changes will be posted here 7 days in advance and apply to future purchases.

II. Scope of Application

  • Covered Products: New, genuine Freego electric bicycles, motorcycles, and official accessories purchased directly from freegoriders.com.

  • Valid Channels: This warranty is exclusive to freegoriders.com customers. If you purchased elsewhere, please contact the original seller.

  • Exclusions: Second-hand items, "gray market" units, or vehicles with unauthorized modifications are not covered.

III. Warranty Scope & Duration

IV. What’s Not Covered

  • Damage resulting from misuse, overloading, water submersion, or stunting.

  • Repairs or modifications performed by unauthorized personnel.

  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, natural disasters, or other force majeure.

  • Normal degradation of aesthetics (scratches, paint fading) through regular use.

V. Warranty Claim Process

  1. Submit a Claim: Email our support team at hello@freegoriders.com. Please include your Order Number, Product Serial Number (SN), and a clear photo or video of the issue.

  2. Technical Review: Our team will review your request with the factory technical department within 3 business days.

  3. Resolution: Once approved, we will provide replacement parts at no cost. FreegoRiders covers the cost of the parts and standard shipping during the warranty period.

  4. Labor Notice: The warranty covers replacement parts only. Any labor costs associated with installation or local repair shop fees are the responsibility of the owner.

VI. Optional Protection & Price Guarantee

  • Accidental Protection: We partner with third-party providers (such as AIG) to offer optional extended coverage for accidental damage. Details are available at checkout.

  • 30-Day Price Guarantee: If the price of your model drops on freegoriders.com within 30 days of your purchase, contact us for a refund of the difference. Excludes limited-time flash sales or clearance events.
