At FreegoRiders, we are dedicated to providing reliable and efficient delivery services for our customers across the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our strategically located US-based warehouses to ensure you receive your electric vehicle as quickly as possible.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

• Continental US: We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders delivered within the Continental United States and District of Columbia.

• Excluded Regions: Due to shipping restrictions on large lithium-ion batteries, we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

• PO Boxes & APO: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or military bases. A physical residential or business address is required for all deliveries.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

We work with trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, and DHL to fulfill your orders.

• Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (PST) - Monday to Friday.

• Order Handling Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

• Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: Typically 4–10 Business Days from the date of purchase.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your package directly on our website or via the carrier’s official tracking portal.

4. Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

We strive to process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.

• Before Shipment: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at hello@freegoriders.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Please note that while we do not charge a cancellation fee, non-refundable bank processing fees (typically 2.9% - 4%) will be deducted from the refund.

• After Shipment & In-Transit Returns: Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to return an item for personal reasons, it will be treated as a return.

  • For Electric Bicycles (Full Vehicle): A flat fee of $400 per unit will be deducted from your refund to cover the original heavy-freight shipping, handling, and administrative costs.
  • For Accessories & Spare Parts: The customer is responsible for the actual original shipping cost incurred by the store, which will be deducted from the final refund.
  • Return Shipping: In all personal-reason return cases, the customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our California warehouse at their own expense.

5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Shipments

• Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please notify us within 3 business days.

• Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is damaged during transit, take clear photos and contact us immediately at hello@freegoriders.com so we can facilitate a resolution with the carrier.

6. Important Considerations

• Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on your specific delivery state and local regulations.

• Peak Seasons: Please note that during high-demand periods (such as Black Friday or major holidays), carriers may experience slight delays beyond our control.
